Kitchen in Winter

General Information

Classes are taught by Tim Corcoran with the assistance of guest instructors and apprentices.

Class sizes are limited and open to all people ages 10 and up. Apply early to insure enrollment. Some younger students, and families are welcome; call for specifics. We offer services to the general public without discrimination under a special use permit on the Klamath, Siskiyou and Shasta National Forest. We also offer custom courses. Call us with your specific needs.

Students will need to supply their own camping gear. A list of necessary equipment will be provided upon enrollment. We encourage carpooling and will assist in arrangements whenever possible.

Students may be able to receive high school/college credit for taking Headwaters classes. Many Headwaters students have been able to work with their school counselors to put their hours at Headwaters towards their academic school credit.

Please call us at (530) 938-1304 if you have any questions.
