Boy's Rite of Passage

About this program
The focus of this week is to help bridge the path of maturing boys from childhood to young adults. This class will use ceremony, nature awareness, nature skills and life skills to encourage boys to become more self-reliant so they can live the life of their dreams. The boys will work with mentors, and through solo time to create a code of honor to live by.
Tim has been leading rites of passage for 30 years. We are very excited to bring rites of passage back to our young people.

What people are saying:
As far as I am concerned, Headwaters Outdoor School is one of the top schools for wilderness education in the country. Headwaters is for everybody, and people go for a variety of reasons. Truth is, nobody is prepared for what they receive, or who they will be upon returning home. I have watched Headwaters help hundreds of suffering people, including myself. I came to headwaters as a very troubled youth. The time I spent in nature, in connection with the earth and the outstanding community there, helped guide me, lovingly, to the realization that I could change my ways, and become the best version of myself. It allowed me to reclaim the birthright to my life, and gave me a second chance. I highly recommend making a visit and finding whatever is there for you.
