The Scout Way

Great scouts and true mountain men are the inspiration behind the teachings in this class.

The Scout Way teaches students how to honor the ways of the old time scouts. It is a physically and mentally demanding class as a great deal of the work is done at night using only our senses. Some martial arts are taught. This advanced class will allow students to utilize what they have learned in the Nature Awareness and Wilderness Skills classes. You must call for more detailed information before applying for this class. This class only happens when the serious student comes forward. Students are accepted for this class after being interviewed and after taking at least the Nature Awareness, Wilderness Skills, and/or the Winter Class.
